NGO or auditor

Why JOYNN for NGOs and auditors

  • Assess as an independent party, with one method for every manufacturer
  • Work from the evidence provided, not from separate spreadsheets
  • Structural, measurable impact instead of temporary projects
  • Follow the money: per product, 2% goes to Scholarship and Healthcare
  • One scalable model for other regions and product groups

How it works in JOYNN

People, Process, Product

Three pillars, each graded A to E. The method is the same one the JOYNN Index page describes, and the same one a published report uses.

Audit queue

Assessments wait in a queue. An auditor works the evidence that was submitted, instead of collecting a parallel spreadsheet.

Dual sign-off

A grade is published only when two parties have signed. One signature is not enough to put an A to E mark on a public report.

Hub visits

A hub in the country visits the site. The visit is part of the audit, not a separate story. Findings stay on the assessment.

PDF reports

The signed assessment can be exported as a PDF. Brands and public bodies receive the report that matches the grade on the record.

JOYNN

What is JOYNN?

JOYNN is the product label for transparency, circularity and social impact. The label is linked to the product, the producer and the supply chain, and opens with one scan. JOYNN is also an association in which members help decide the course.

JOYNN Index

Shows how sustainable a product and its producer are, on People, Process and Product. The report is independently reviewed and validated.

JOYNN Product Label

The visible link between product, chain and impact. Behind the QR code is the digital product passport of that one item.

Social impact programmes

Every product contributes structurally to Scholarship, Healthcare and Community. No donations or one-off projects: the contribution grows with the order.

2%

Follow the money

For every product with a JOYNN Product Label, 2% of the manufacturer's purchase value goes to Scholarship and Healthcare. The QR code shows where that money ends up.

What does it cost?

JOYNN is open about what it costs. The model is below. We discuss the exact amounts for your situation in the demo.

Partnership

With auditors, NGOs and hubs we make arrangements per partnership. We discuss them in a personal conversation.

Association membership

€25.00 per year, only for people who want to be involved in the JOYNN association. Companies do not need it: they subscribe to the platform modules. As a private person you can of course become a member.
