Follow your own products and orders
A club or company has its own workspace in the chain. You see the assortment, enter quantities per size and follow the order until the document is accepted. Retailer, brand and producer stay visible, with the amount on the order.
Designed for your club or company
House colours, your own logo and the make-up of the shirt belong to the order. A moodboard shows the design on the product before anything is produced.
The label shows the details
A JOYNN label with a QR code sits on the product. Scan it and you see the details of that item: origin and composition, how circular it is, and the social impact attached to the purchase.

How it works in JOYNN
Logos and personalisation
Names, numbers and a club or company logo are part of the order. The studio can show a mockup before anything is produced.
Your own Community project
On top of the fixed 2% for Scholarship and Healthcare you can choose a Community project of your own. It runs per project, and you decide where it goes.
Accounting
Invoices for the order live in the accounting module of the same entity, so the garment and the invoice refer to the same chain.
DocuScan
Incoming invoices can be scanned into the books. DocuScan reads the document and files it against the right entity.
JOYNN
What is JOYNN?
JOYNN is the product label for transparency, circularity and social impact. The label is linked to the product, the producer and the supply chain, and opens with one scan. JOYNN is also an association in which members help decide the course.
JOYNN Index
Shows how sustainable a product and its producer are, on People, Process and Product. The report is independently reviewed and validated.
JOYNN Product Label
The visible link between product, chain and impact. Behind the QR code is the digital product passport of that one item.
Social impact programmes
Every product contributes structurally to Scholarship, Healthcare and Community. No donations or one-off projects: the contribution grows with the order.

For every product with a JOYNN Product Label, 2% of the manufacturer's purchase value goes to Scholarship and Healthcare. The QR code shows where that money ends up.

Subscription to platform modules
Your organisation subscribes to the modules it uses. Each role has its own modules, and we put the package together in the demo.
JOYNN Product Label
Every product with a JOYNN Product Label carries 2% of the manufacturer's purchase value. That contribution goes entirely to Scholarship and Healthcare.
Ordering through a retailer
Most clubs and companies order through a retailer and pay that retailer's price. Only large companies that order directly from a manufacturer can use the JOYNN import service: 10% of the purchase value, on top of transport and import duties.
Association membership
€25.00 per year, only for people who want to be involved in the JOYNN association. Companies do not need it: they subscribe to the platform modules. As a private person you can of course become a member.
