How it works in JOYNN

Your catalogue

The brand owns the styles. Retailers adopt them. Changes to a style stay on the brand's catalogue instead of being copied into another system.

Production orders

A production order tells the factory what to make. QR codes and transfer labels are printed from that order, so each item receives its JY- code on the line.

Sales routing

Orders from retailers and clubs are routed to the brand and on to production. The commercial chain keeps the quotation, the order and the invoice together.

EU product passport

The same item record is what the digital product passport shows. Fabric data, the companies in the chain and the JY- code are already on the wash label.

JOYNN

What is JOYNN?

JOYNN is the product label for transparency, circularity and social impact. The label is linked to the product, the producer and the supply chain, and opens with one scan. JOYNN is also an association in which members help decide the course.

JOYNN Index

Shows how sustainable a product and its producer are, on People, Process and Product. The report is independently reviewed and validated.

JOYNN Product Label

The visible link between product, chain and impact. Behind the QR code is the digital product passport of that one item.

Social impact programmes

Every product contributes structurally to Scholarship, Healthcare and Community. No donations or one-off projects: the contribution grows with the order.

2%

Follow the money

For every product with a JOYNN Product Label, 2% of the manufacturer's purchase value goes to Scholarship and Healthcare. The QR code shows where that money ends up.

What does it cost?

JOYNN is open about what it costs. The model is below. We discuss the exact amounts for your situation in the demo.

Subscription to platform modules

Your organisation subscribes to the modules it uses. Each role has its own modules, and we put the package together in the demo.

JOYNN Product Label

Every product with a JOYNN Product Label carries 2% of the manufacturer's purchase value. That contribution goes entirely to Scholarship and Healthcare.

Import service (optional)

No import set-up of your own? The JOYNN import service costs 10% of the purchase value, on top of the costs of transport and import duties. Those costs depend on the product, the country and the mode of transport. Example: on a €10,000 purchase you pay €200 for the label and €1,000 for the import service, plus transport and import duties. If you handle import yourself, it stays at the 2%.

Association membership

€25.00 per year, only for people who want to be involved in the JOYNN association. Companies do not need it: they subscribe to the platform modules. As a private person you can of course become a member.
